The Leonberger is a gentle giant with a heart as big as their impressive stature. They are inherently sociable, thriving on close companionship and often shadowing their favorite humans from room to room. Leos are known for their calm demeanor and protective instincts, making them excellent family guardians who are surprisingly good with children. They possess a playful side, enjoying frolics in the yard and a good swim, but also appreciate quiet cuddle sessions. Despite their imposing size, Leos are sensitive souls who respond best to gentle training and consistent affection. Their devoted nature means they aren't fond of being left alone for long periods.
