Terms of Service

This is a working summary for store review and product behaviour. Replace it with counsel-reviewed Terms before wide production release. The contracting party is KAHU GROUP LIMITED (New Zealand).

By creating a Kahu account you must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The in-app Kahu pledge is a welfare commitment and is separate from legal acceptance.

Kahu is for guardians aged 18+ as Family OWNER. Users aged 13–17 may join a Family only as MEMBER by invitation with parental or guardian confirmation. We do not offer accounts to children under 13.
