Description
Tibetan Spaniels are charming, mischievous companions with a surprising amount of spunk for their size. They love nothing more than being a part of the family, whether perched on the couch like a royal sentinel or burrowing under blankets. Their watchful nature, a relic of their monastery guard dog past, means they're quick to alert you to anything amiss with a sharp, distinctive bark. While affectionate with their people, Tibbies can be a little reserved with strangers, preferring to observe from a safe distance. Their independent streak means training sometimes requires a good sense of humor and plenty of tasty rewards, but their endless devotion makes them truly special.
