Pomeranians are vivacious, fluffy dynamo dogs, brimming with a feisty confidence that belies their small size. They strut with a regal air, convinced they are the biggest, bravest dog in any room, a charming holdover from their much larger spitz ancestors. Extremely intelligent and often a little mischievous, they thrive on being the center of attention and adore their people fiercely, often choosing one special human to dote upon. While they love a good cuddle, Poms are also surprisingly energetic, enjoying spirited games and even trick training. Their bright, curious eyes miss nothing, and they make excellent (if sometimes overly enthusiastic) little watchdogs.
